Harrison Park Project Spotlight

The owner of the property engaged BDE Services to manage the complete renovation of all 108 units. These are luxury one and two-bedroom apartments located within two multi-floor buildings at the edge of Grandview Heights.

Renovations included:

• New kitchen cabinet fronts, quartz countertops, backsplash, sinks, and hardware

• New light fixtures, mirrors, quartz countertops in the bathrooms

• New flooring

• Unit Paint

The work on every unit was completed either on or before the scheduled date, and within budget.  The project was managed from start to finish from BDE Services.  As a result of these improvements, the owner increased rents on an average between 20% to 25% per unit.
